Classes start 23rd January 2017.
My classes are a general Hatha Yoga style consisting of a variety of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath practice). Classes typically follow a theme for example strengthening the core muscles or exploring the chakras. Every class ends with a period of relaxation to assimilate the whole yoga practice experience.
I believe that the practice of yoga should be accessible to as many people as possible so we use props or modifications to ensure a safe, confident practice. Everyone is encouraged to work to their own capability and their own strengths and to have fun. We try not to take ourselves too seriously!
